The Ornish Reversal Program

The Ornish Reversal Program ™ at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is an intensive outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program offered at the Life Center in Egg Harbor Township.  The program is conducted in small groups and focuses on for key elements:  nutrition, stress management, fitness and social support to guide the participants through a nine-week program to reverse heart disease.

Speaker:    Gina Preston RDN, MHR, RD, is Director of Cardiovascular Programs for the Heart Institute at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.  She is the Program Director for the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine™ program at launched this past fall.  Gina is a former member of the Somers Point Rotary Club and served as President from 2009 to 2010.
