We hosted Jon Nass and Jen Smith, the CEO & the Director of Maritime Development, respectively, of the Maine Port Authority, today in Rockland. Terrific news was shared with our club as we learned that Jen Smith now heads up a new, Rockland-based MPA office designed to spur maritime growth in midcoast Maine. We learned of MPA's dramatic & measured growth over the past few years as Maine's abilities to export & import via water are soaring.
