Fisher Engineering was the focus at Rockland Rotary's meeting

Bart Read, CI Manager at Fisher Engineering,  gave a brief review of Fisher’s operations in Rockland to the Rockland Rotary on March 25, 2015.   The talk focused on new products, brands, and how plows are made.  The slide show reviewed the manufacturing of plows from plate steel through the process of cutting, fabrication, welding, coating and assembly. 

Fisher, a division of Douglas Dynamics, LLC is releasing two new Fisher brand snow plows this season as well as a new line of SnowEx plows.  In addition to the new plows six sizes of  Steel hopper in Gas, Hydraulic and electric will be released.  These span a capacity range from 1.5 yards to 6.0 yards.  Fisher is an equal opportunity employer and continues to grow its operations in Rockland.
