Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army - Results Are In!

Ken Petro, Rich Randolph and Broole Zapelli pause to pose for Max Bridges.

Sunrisers answered the call to ring in holiday cheer with the Salvation Army's annual campaign.

President Elect, Max Childs', recruiting skill extended Saturday at Safeway on Calistoga Road.  Max' sister Ivy and her calm canine, Zeva, stopped to chat.  This year the platform changed and Sunrise shared the Calistoga Safeway location with the Santa Rosa Downtown Rotary Club. The change provided extra coverage for our time slots and members got a chance to know each other better. On the early shift, Steve Zwick rang with Dave and Shauna Lorenzo. Warren Smith was able to take off early while Ken Petro, Rich Randolph and Brooke Zapelli shared some of their favorite car stories..

The bottom line? Our kettle collected $558.64!!!  There were $20 bills fives ones, and the mighty Penny. It all adds up to sweeter holidays.

Thank you, Jessica Dominguez from nearby Exchange Bank for coordinating this year's campaign.
