“How Do I Retrieve My Log-In Information?”

Every member of Santa Rosa Sunrise has a Web account for our website, in order to access club member and other club related information. Your account also allows you to use the clubs email system. When you first joined Sunrise you would have been provided with that Login Name along with a password. Sometimes, due to not using the account, you might just forget what that Login Name and/or password is. If that happens, what do you do to retrieve it? Well, you can always call the Clubs Web Administrator (Dave Lorenzen), but a much faster solution, you can it from the website! Here is how; while on the website, and clicking on “Login”, then just click on “New and existing users – Retrieve your password”.

You will then be prompted to enter your Last Name as well as your Email Address (if you have more than one email address, you must use the address that your Club Bulletin is sent to every week). Then click “Get Login Info”.

The system will then send your login name and password to that email address……………….much faster!
