August 12 - SF Bay Cruise/Pier 39
On Monday, August 12th, Drivers Cindy, Harry, Penny and Shauna took our team back to San Francisco for a "Day on the Bay" with San Francisco's famous Red and White Bay Cruise.
Before heading out to the bay, they enjoyed lunch at Fisherman's Wharf.
The 90 minute San Francisco Bridge to Bridge Cruise provided unbeatable views of the San Francisco downtown skyline as they cruise below the world famous Bay Bridge. Then sail past Alcatraz Island, one of the most popular sights on San Francisco Bay and finish with a trip under the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.
Once back on "Dry Land" it was a short walk up the waterfront to Pier 39 for the afternoon's entertainment.
Then it was back to Santa Rosa to waiting hot families. Tomorrow, it is time for some creativity at Glass Art classes and then to Scandia Fun Center.
