Dinner with Kagoshima Visitors

 Japanese Reception Dinner for our "Friends of Kagoshima". August 10th. Right now we are at 69 individuals, including our guests from Japan.

The dinner reception Friday evening will be held at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club starting at 6:00pm. The schedule for the evening will be:

• 6:00 to 7:00 for social hour. We will be serving sparkling wine, sparkling water and appetizers
• 7:00 to 8:30 for buffet diner served with local wines.
• 8:30 to 9:30 for dessert, fellowship and presentation of grant application video; and original video sent by Professor Mori and his students at International University of Kagoshima in December 2017. We will also be offering some gifts to our Japanese visitors. A Japanese Tradition.

I will be working on some donations for the sparkling wine for the social hour and Red, White and Rose wine for the dinner. The chef at the country club will prepare some of the dinner items with a Japanese twist

The room I reserved comfortably seats 70, if we exceed that number I have inquired about moving to the larger dining room. Waiting to see if there would be an up charge for that move.

Cut off date for turning in a head count is Friday August 3rd.
