YWCA Preschool Playground - A safer place to play!
Many months ago Madeliene from the YWCA of Sonoma County reached out to ask if our rotary Club could help out with some physical plant maintenance at their preschool in Sebastopol.
Peter H suggested that we involve the 2 Sebastopol Rotary Clubs since the preschool is there. After some back and forth conversations and planning the 3 clubs came up with a plan to get the work done. Then it started raining.
Last Saturday the 13th of April the majority of the work was completed. Leroy and Rob assisted the Sunrise and Noon clubs of Sebastopol with the primary goals of clean up (dump run) and fence building.
There is some ongoing yard work and a small amount of junk for an additional dump run. The place looks much better now and the kids will be safer on the playground.
