Focus on the Future:  Sunrise Rotary in 2020

 

Club members continued to develop priorities and plans identified at the January 19th  “Visioning 2020” session.  With three overarching areas:  Club Attributes, Areas of Service and Fund Raising as talking points, each table brainstormed for plans.

From the notes taken, the steering committee will further document ideas for additional refining.  One theme emerged consistently:  Polish existing successes, such as our student exchange program with sister club in Kagoshima Japan and our strong relationship with Elsie Allen High School’s Interact Club. Membership retention is well established through active participation in activities.  With a goal of 75-80 members by 2020, just 10-15 more than presently, we are on the right track.
