John Jones Honored at District Conference
John Jones' decade plus efforts to improve vision and dental care to underserved Nicaraguans received special recognition from District Governor Dustin Littlefield.
Above John and Rafael assess the progress on the clinic expansion. The clinic expansion was the Hallmark of John's efforts. The 2000 square-foot addition added a surgical salon and essential equipment to provide needed surgical intervention. The rural clinic serves over 30,000 people living in the remote Rio San Juan region
Dustin created a category of recognition for "Expanding Our Reach."
John's leadership to our club, his business and his church extended the reach of Rotary to thousands of underserved people in Nicaragua.
