While Lepra-Paul found our sign in the Finley Center lobby, our Tri & True threesome greeters Penny, Eloise and Stacey welcome the 87 diners to the traditional corned beef and cabbage lunch Friday.
While guests schmoozed, Sunrisers skillfully prepared the entree. MJ, Steve Z, Tom, Brian, Rich and Paul made sure the meat and vegetables were perfectly ready for consumption. At precisely 12 noon, the first accurately portioned plates went out.
The buns were done to a golden glow.
