Three Rotarian spouses were born in September — Jason Lehman, Dwayne Smith and Betsy Sanville. Two under the sign of Virgo — shy, industrious, faithful. And one under the sign of Libra — active, tactful, supportive. Can you guess which is which?

On what auspicious day is Rotarian Carolyn Anderson born? Right on the Fall Equinox, when the sun crosses the celestial equator which signals the coming of autumn. Folklore tells us, “Of autumn wines, now drink your fill, the frost is on the pumpkin…” A toast to Carolyn!

Six Rotarian couples wed in September: Adams, Aita, Moir, Cercone, Jones/Paul, Seelye/Anderson — all obviously planning ahead for someone to hold when lazy autumn turns to winter chill and a time for snuggling up by the fire.
