Roving Rotarian:  Golf's Universal Appeal

From the offshore family friendly oasis of Bornholm, to the exclusive Copenhagen Golf Course skirting the Royalty's Hermitage Hunting grounds, golf has its devotees here in Denmark.

The uppermost shot is a miniature course in the country on Bornholm, the popular summer get a way for mainland Danes, and all seeking a calmer pace.  Just above, a few hearty brave the 50 degree wind and rain to sharpen their game.  Also on the nearby public accessible grounds were lakes for fishing paddling, biking or just seeing non paved landscapes.

Look closely at the  green rectangles:  They are not low billiard tables, rather putting greens.  Nestled on the hi-rise apartment residences in Aarhus they offer a very popular diversion from study or work.  EVERY usable space is utilized, and design is NEVER sacrificed.  That's a subject for another roving report.

Hej, hej!  Four??
