Who is blond, bright, and can tell a story right?

Sunrise Rotarian’s heard from their own, soon-to-be Ex-Treasurer Penny Millar, CPA, as she shared insights on Vocational Service.

Penny’s experience in consulting on financial accounting issues has provided both her and various non-profit groups, such as her children’s school lessons beyond textbooks. Rotary has given Penny an orientation for win-win, mutual benefit relationships. Work is more than making a living for Penny: It is serving and giving back.
