President's Pen

While the pen may be mightier than the sword, it pales in comparison to the power of chocolate!  Accepting an assortment of Lady Godiva, Lifeworks' Interim Director Michelle Fountain expresses her delight with Sgt. at Arms (& coincidentally Lifeworks board member) Kent Seegmillers' appreciation.

The view I am privileged to see from the podium continually renews my confidence in the power of Service, Inspiration of innovation, Improvement through engaging-collaborative efforts.

As Liz Colbert has learned earning her newly minted Blue Badge, it is FUN, ENLIGHTENING & BUILDS GOODWILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIPS!!

Jim Moir, left presents Liz her badge and Steve Zwick, her sponsor look forward to creating even more MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL connections through Service Above Self!

And even in our active schedules, moments to pause and , yes to smell the roses arise.  Past President Dan Davis' timing was impeccable as he caught up on his and spouse Susan's birthdays.  Better late than never, and Valentine's Day was a great choice!

Moving forward Sunrise is in high gear preparing for our April 27th. Puttin' on the Ritz Fundraiser.  With our nationally ranked local troupe Transcendence Theater, fabulous international travel packages as well as local stay-cations, every taste and expense account will have opportunity to pay it forward, to the benefit of Lifeworks phenomenal support resources and our other supported programs.

Mark your calendars, and set your shekels aside for your special evening!
