From pasture to plate: Buns n onions, patties and tomatoes, Penny' legendary suitcase macaroni salad, veggie or beef burgers, capped off with DG Barb's notorious chocolate cookies, Diners at Guerneville Senior Center last Wednesday slept well on a full stomach. Sunrise Servers including District Governor Barbara Spangler slept with full hearts, and maybe a few tired feet!
As Sunrise President, no greater satisfaction is known than from a job well done by members leveraging their time and resources toward greater goodwill and friendships. We ROCK, well beyond the appointed hours of activity. Our momentum gained caries on into all our meetings, projects and planning!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated. I missed this meal service, but have been greatly nourished by demonstration of Club Vitality.
Next Saturday, Jennifer has organized a work party at Steele Lane School's Vicki's Garden. I look forward to catching Sunrise rays of energy as we tend the plants waiting for their turn at the table!
