Above, last Saturday Sunrise movers pause after unloading Del's furnishings and trekking up to his new 5th floor suite. As Rob and Jim hold the portrait of his previous move 7 years ago, Del reminded us of our ongoing commitment to serve in whatever capacity we can as needs arise. Rich counter-balances on the pole grasping the gooey donuts Jim provided!
On Sunday, our District 5130 Celebrated it's club members' achievements again reminding us of the reach of Rotary locally and globally. Sunrise' Club Rotary Foundation Director Randy Seelye accepts thanks from Past District Governor Bob Rogers for our Club's support in the recent Pedal for Polio, with peter Hoberg representing our club and generating over $8K. The 320 mile ride which raised $186K in the district, was matched 1:1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation!
