The status of the Progressive Dinner and the Next 3 weekly meetings!
Dear Sister & Fellow Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotarians, In light of the fast-spreading Coronavirus and the clear advice that social contact be limited, especially by those 65+, we are postponing the Progressive Dinner and conducting our next three Club meetings (March 19 & 29 and April 2) electronically using Zoom. Additional meetings will be held electronically if required. A new date for the Progressive Dinner will be sent to all when set. Instructions for joining the Zoom meetings will be sent prior to this Thursday's 7:30a meeting by Peter Hoberg. If you have difficulty joining the meeting, please contact Peter after the meeting for assistance. I want to thank all of you for your support in these rapidly changing times. And I want to particularly thank Peter Hoberg for taking on the task of getting us up and running on Zoom. Also, a shout out to Del for his hard work on the Progressive Dinner. Rotarians are "social animals", so the next few weeks or months are going to be tough on each of us, as we hold back our natural instincts to get out and serve. But hold back a bit we must.
