Past President Don "Flo" Floriani recently appointed General Manager of Fountaingrove Golf Club shares his steady stare toward members reminding them the password for the "Ritz" is "tell 'em Flo sent you!"
David Guhin, Assistant City Manager provided an extremely informative update on Santa Rosa's robust rebuilding activity. Housing continues to top the list of construction priorities. With 3 thousand residences lost in an already housing-short area, the city projects a need on at least 1,000 units annually to meet current needs. The city has expedited the building permit process, reorganizing its' staff into fire recovery and other applicants. The IT staff within two days had redesigned the websites to provide revised data and forecasts. The modified web pages allow residents to track their permit progress in real time.
