Leroy's fine

Steve Amend, LeRoy Carlenzoli and Steve Worthen escaped to Mexico, a week ago, knowing the risk of bringing back the Zika virus, or the dread "Carolyn Anderson" disease to their wives.  All three couples are fine and the guys were each fined $20 for out-of-state travel.  LeRoy was "recognized" with another $20 fine for.... umm....well....for just being LeRoy.
