Interactors Plan ~ & Play!!
Over There with all those bags!!
Twenty-six active, creative and engaging teens from Elsie Allen's High School Interact Club converged at Alliance Redwoods this past Friday and Saturday to plan and build club spirit for their coming year's activities. With Sunrise Chaperones Stacy Drucker-Andress and Advisor Merle Hayes the students and Faculty Advisor Doug Gibson morphed the energy into a workable plan.
Sunriser Stacy meets and greets the student/campers Friday after the short drive from school. Don Floriani, Randy Seelye and Rich Randolph also transported these precious cargos in addition to Merle, Stacy and Doug.
Not exactly ****, but who cared: Nobody sleeps on these occasions.
The forest wild called. Whether on a ZIP Line or not, the thrill of adventure inspires imagination and challenges the status quo.
Tall trees ~ and courage transport minds and ideals upward
Then there was duck and cover! For Doug, it was survival! For the students the time was too short. They built trust, explored differences, collaborated and intend on planning a two day retreat next year. Maybe you would like to join them??
