The Ross Andress Community Service Award provides each student with $250. Cielo Donis and Ramiro Ortiz (left and right, above middle) are this year's awardees. They are sophomores at Elsie Allen High School. Celio has earned 31 hours of service and Ramiro has 28.
"He Found a home in Rotary" -- Stacy Drucker Andress
"Ross attended 16 different high schools," Stacy shared with club members, due to his family's mobility. Finally he left home so he could graduate from the school he currently attended. From that time on, he often felt homeless. When he found Rotary, he found his home.
