The Honorable Richard Randolph, Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Sunrise President, receives the highest honor the district can bestow -- Rotarian of the Year -- from District Governor Barbara Spangler at the May 23 breakfast meeting, while wife, Betsy Randolph, looks on. The Prez looked appropriately pleased while the entire membership and guests gave him a standing ovation!
Governor Spangler described a few of the inspiring services above self that Rich has undertaken throughout the year, including opening the home he shares with Betsy to the adorable little lady in his arms below and her lovely parents. Rich's motto is, "Teach to the heart and the mind will follow". Amen!
