A message of thanks from Ukraine with Denys Andrushchenko

Our first speaker was Denys Andrushchenko, Past President (2022-2023) of the Cherkasy-Centre Ukraine Rotary Club. He was assisted by Jeff Gospe, International Chair of the Santa Rosa Downtown Rotary Club. Denys is making the rounds with 17 presentations in just 6 days. this includes the district foundation dinner. Denys' story with Rotary and the United States started twelve years ago when he was on an exchange program to West Virginia.
Denys gave an amazing talk about his connection to Rotary and his budding family during the start of war in Ukraine. Jeff explained Sonoma's sister city connections.
Denys gave an update on the project we helped fund providing emergency first-aid kits.
And the next goal of providing generators.
