Flood relief from a Rotary Club in USA.
For the sake of flood relief of Hiroshima Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club in California wired some US45,000 (equivalent of 5 million yen) to Hiroshima Center Rotary Club. The club donated 5 million yen to the suffers by the way of Hiroshima prefecture and Hiroshima News Business company. The members of Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary came to know that large flood occurred in Hiroshima this July and reached to raise fund as relief. The club held charity events. Hiroshima Center Rotary club had offered tub fire disaster relief in 2017. Mr. Saiji Furusawa, the president of Hiroshima Center Rotary club commented “We appreciate the warm relief far from California and want to build a relationship and cooperation when we are in trouble each others".
