President Jennifer Sparks Food Bank Blowout!!
Even after leading our weekly hybrid zoom meeting President Jennifer rallied us through 800 pounds of carrots for 1500 meals at the Redwood Empire Food Bank Thursday!!

Within each 50# bag of carrots were quite a variety of sizes and shapes. Wichbone, spirals, stubby and slims. Rich got his wish to come true!

Everyone got into the act ~ and it was a TOTAL BLOWOUT HIT!! Jennifer, Harry Coffey,
Jim Moir, Betsy and Rich Randolph, Ken Petro and Steve Zwick had a great time and escaped without orange hands after just 90 minutes of blistering pace filling 1600 yellow mesh bags with lots of beta carotene.
After the workout, Jen, Ken, Betsy and Rich discovered on of Ken's fave Mexican Restaurant's nearby and had a fabulous patio dinner in the cool shade of , continuing to learn more of each other. Join us next time!!
