Bargain Basket

Wulff Reinhold, Districgt 5130 Governor, is circulating a traveling basket of exquisite items, from one Rotary club to another, and auctioning contents at each of the clubs.  In turn, each club receiving a basket gives him another basket to take to the next club.  At breakfast, bidding on a gourmet dinner for eight climbed to a winning $1,000 bid from Frank Cercone.
