Disneyland and all things Disney

Who doesn’t love Disneyland almost more than life itself, have nothing but fond memories of checking out of reality for a day and exploring the greatest amusement park in the world?  Disneyland is way more than an amusement park though, it’s more a state of mind and emotion.  Marcy Smothers has been studying everything about Walt Disney and Disneyland for years (no doubt since the first time she set foot in the park) and has written three books on the subject.  Her most recent book, “Walt’s Disneyland: A Walk in The Park with Walt Disney” has just been released and is an excellent read, giving the history and background of every “Land”, street and building in the park.  Marcy will be our speaker Thursday morning, March 17^th , so get your questions ready and invite everyone you know who loves Disneyland (that’s probably most of the planet)!  Pick up a copy of the book locally at Copperfields or on Amazon for the Disneyphiles in your life.
