D Day

John is a CPA and the managing partner of Linkenheimer LLP CPA’s & Advisors. He is also a long time Rotarian having first joined the RP-Cotati Club in 1979 and also became their president in 1983/84. John held the honor for almost 30 years of being the youngest Rotary Club president. He is also our International Service Chair and the leader of our Nicaragua projects.

 John will talk about the D-Day invasion of Europe and the run up to the world’s largest invasion. John and Ardys recently spent time in Sicily and Italy and then on to the beaches of Normandy for a first-hand look and feel of Omaha Beach and Point du Hoc just 7 days before the 75th Memorial. John loves world travel and has been a veracious WW II history buff. The talk will help inspire you to honor our veterans for their sacrifices on November 7 at the SR Veterans’ Building.
