W-Trans - Traffic Engineering

Steve Weinberger is one of the founding Principals and specializes in Complete Streets traffic engineering and planning, pedestrian safety, bicycle corridor design, and active transportation planning and operations.  He is registered in California as both a Civil and Traffic Engineer and is also a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.  Steve’s technical work focuses on Complete Streets, pedestrian safety, bicycle facilities, and projects which balance competing transportation needs within the existing public right-of-way.  He is also a certified instructor for the National Complete Streets Coalition and the National Center for Safe Routes to School.  Steve is a graduate of the University of California.
