“In Your Corner” Columnist, The Press Democrat

I write an investigative column dubbed “In Your Corner” for the Press Democrat. My background is as a researcher, legal investigator and reporter. I was born and raised in San Francisco and have family in Sonoma County so have spent much of my life in the area. Now, I am grateful to have the opportunity to explore the region’s many facets as part of my work. I want to use my experience as a journalist and an investigator to shine a light on local systems, policies and practices so residents have the information they need to advocate for the changes they want to see. I’m passionate about centering the many voices in the communities I cover, and I want readers to guide my work.
