Real Estate Bubble Getting read to Burst? Or was that just a hiccup?

We have a "Demand" problem currently in Sonoma County. Sales have plummeted with a 25% drop year over year but a 32% drop from August to September. What's going on? We'll explore the market dynamics and ponder if this is a bubble in the making or just some air being let out at a predictable and gradual pace. Overview of the State and Local real estate markets.
