Monday afternoon, 10 students and 1 chaperone arrive at the San Francisco International Airport, beginning a 2 week whirlwind adventure in Santa Rosa. All are participants in 2014 SRKSEP, the Santa Rosa Kagoshima Student Exchange Program. Chaperone Sayaka Fukunaga was joined with 10 of the students, Hina Kawaki, Kanami Ikeda, Kikko Shimazu, Konatsu Nakamura, Kouki Hattanda, Nanami Uehara, Suzuho Sakuari, Tatsu Ikeda, Yusei Fujita and Yuta Aratono. They were all greeted at the airport by host families K

ezer's, Lorenzen's, and Merle Hayes and Ralph Harryman.

On the way home, most of the travelers stopped at the vista point to get a great look at the Golden Gate Bridge. Very typical San Francisco weather at the point, looked beautiful, but with a wind that made it feel l

ike you were in the Artic.
Then it was off to Santa Rosa and Nagasawa Park for delivery to host famalies; Kezer's, Amend's; Gray's; Heydon's; Lorenzens; Garcia's; Lopez's; Choden's; Tuckers' and Schaefer's.
Tomorrow starts all the local touring........................
