HYBRID Meeting

Our mission is to ensure that all members are safe. Please abide by the following rules listed below if you plan to attend our meeting in-person:

Rules

• All participants must be fully vaccinated (final vaccine dose at least two weeks before). This includes all speakers or guests. No exceptions.
• Maximum of 40 people inside.
• Masks must be worn inside unless you are actively eating or drinking.
• Social distancing is encouraged to the extent possible. Elbow bumps are preferred over hand-shakes/hugs.
• Do not move tables. Overflow chairs can be moved if needed.
• No mingling with or talking to staff who may be present. No interaction.
• Sanitize hands when entering (greeter will help). Sanitize hands before accessing food.
• Maximum of ten (10) people in line for food.Food is put onto plates and coffee/water is poured into cups by Rotarian volunteer servers only. It is not self-serve. (Rotarian servers will be designated by chef's hat or other distinctive accessory.)
• Use microphones whenever speaking to audience, esp. for Zoom participants.
