May Hike - Hood Mountain

May – Hood Mountain.  From Los Alamos--2 groups – one return, one up mountain. to Sugarloaf.   Bring picnic lunch.

We are meeting at the Pythian Road parking lot for Hood Mountain Regional Park at 8:30a.  Here are the directions: 

Head east on Hwy 12.  Pythian Road is a lighted intersection 4.5 miles east of the intersection of Calistoga Road and Hwy 12.  St. Francis Winery is located at the intersection.  Turn left on Pythian Road, pass the St. Francis Winery on your right, and take the right fork at the first Y.  The parking lot in on your right 1.2 miles up Pythian Road from Hwy 12.
