All About Membership! SCARC Oct Meeting WildOak

OCTOBER SCARC

The Rotary Club of the Valley of the Moon is hosting the October SCARC dinner at the Wild Oak Saddle Club. We can’t promise the ponies will be practicing but if you come early you might get to watch them while you enjoy no host cocktails on the deck overlooking the Polo Field.

When: Thursday, October 25, 2018 5:30 pm no host cocktails -

Dinner will start at 6:30.

  The cost is $50 and during the social hour we will be served Pickled Raisin and Local Ricotta on Crostini. The Buffet dinner includes 3 types of salad, BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, Grilled Tri-Tip and Grilled Chicken. Dessert will be Warm AppleCrisp with Whipped Cream. Wine will be served with dinner.

The focus of the program will be membership and we will have round table discussions about what the thing that your club does that you are most proud and how you can use that to attract new members.

We will be sitting outside and there are heat lamps but please bring

a jacket or sweater.

Directions: The Saddle Club is located at 550 White Oak Drive – Oakmont in

Santa Rosa. Take Hwy 12 & turn right on Oakmont Drive – White Oak is the third right.
