Changeover Night

Fellow Rotarians, this email will share with you some info about our Change Over event on Monday June 27, 2022.

Our Rotary year ends on June 30, 2022. It is a Rotary tradition to have a party to thank the out-going executive and welcome the new executive.

This year we are having a “live” event at the Lion’s Pavilion in Riverdale Park. (beside the Rotary Splash Pad) It will be a catered buffet dinner and we are hoping to eat at 7:00pm, a little later than a normal Rotary night. This is to facilitate the members who work until six or later. The meal will consist of a meat or vegetarian main course and salads. The cost will be $30/person. This is a partner’s night and guests are welcome at the same meal price. Ed will add the cost to your quarterly invoice.

I need for members to email or call me and let me know if they are coming or not, how many are coming and if they are vegetarians. Final numbers must be in by Monday June 6, 2022.
