Small Business Development – With both job training and employment opportunities, Fiat helps create a new sense of self worth for men and women. Micro entrepreneurship opportunities enable the people of Mongolia to support their families and be productive members of the community.
People Development – Fiat Charities connects sponsors from the western world with Mongolian students and families.
Kindergarten Programs – Education and training is the foundation for long term poverty reduction and increase overall health. The main focus is starting Kindergartens in Western Mongolia. We work alongside communities to provide early education of children 3-6 years old. Our programs are designed around the individual needs of the village and are intended to provide short term assistance until the school is self reliant.
Health Care – Fiat has partnered with other individuals working in Western Mongolia in building health care facilities, provide food security and training for prevention of malnutrition through agricultural programs and researching clean, safe water resources. Services such as eye, nutritional, and food supply assessments are an integral part of helping people in this region. Access and availability to information are also an important part of what we help to provide.
