"Leadership and the Bottom Line" will be the theme of our October 30th guest speaker Doug Hoxeng from Grand CanyonUniversity. He with coauthor Don Frick (biographer of Robert Greenleaf), wrote The Business Case for Servant Leadership featuring contributions by noted leadership authority Ken Blanchard and Colleen Barrett , Southwest Airlines President Emeritus. Doug will share case examples of large, small and start up organizations from his book to answer three key questions: Does leadership really affect the bottom line? If so, which type of leadership is best? And, how can I then best develop as a leader?
