The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a District 5040 sponsored program which provides leadership training and personal development program for young people. More than 150 youth leaders with demonstrated leadership and community service from across the province are sponsored by a participating Rotary club to attend one of three RYLA camps. RYLA attendees learn valuable leadership and career skills, build self-confidence, discuss current ethical and social issues, meet active community leaders, and enjoy fun and fellowship.
