Vanc Olive Oil company tasting

Thanks again to President Jo and the Vanc Quadra Club for arranging a great tasting event at Vanc Olive Oil Company, 2571 West Broadway, Vanc.  We got some great insight on the types and qualities of oils, learned how to taste olive oils, and sampled oils and vinegars.  Varieties included Persian Lime, Black Cherry, Fig, Bloodorange, espresso, basil, Tuscan herb, grapefruit, pineapple, red apple, maple....you get the picture....too many to name!!!  Thanks again to all Club members who supported the event.  Part of the proceeds from product sales will go to the Quadra Club for local community projects, including Quadra's new Interact Club at Kitsilano High School.
