Rotary peace initiatives

VP Edgar thanked William Plowright, Rotary Peace Scholar, for his presentation to the Club regarding armed groups and child soldiers in the 21st century.  Thanks also to District Peace Scholar Chair Gloria Staudt for introducing William to the Club.
