Creating WOW Through Inspiration

The 17th of February meeting had Professor Ivan Surjanovic as the keynote speaker.  The club also welcomed Rotarian Antonio Sergio Souza from Itapecerica, Brazil.
 

The meeting opened with the exchange or Rotary banners between the President, Janine Jones and Mr. Souza, as seen in the attached photo.

 

Ivan Surjanovic is a professor in the Marketing Faculty at Capilano University, Vancouver.  His presentation to the club as well as Staff and students of Fairleigh Dickinson University was most erudite.  The crux of his message was that the most successful companies in the world always surprise the clients by delivering more than is expected.  Another very important fact to consider is how the staff, those in the trenches are treated by their superiors.  This treatment is directly related to the courtesy and service that the client will receive.
