The Rotary Club of Langley Central is proud to support the IDEA-X Challenge for Langley School District students looking to make an impact with their innovative business ideas. But what exactly is the IDEA-X Challenge? It’s a platform where students learn to innovate and market their ideas, and sharpen their financial savvy. The challenge is open to teams of grade 8-12 students who are eager to understand what it takes to collaborate effectively and to work through the design thinking process towards a viable solution to a real-world problem.
Our Club presented Alicia Rempel (pictured above), Executive Director of the Langley School District Foundation, with a cheque for $750 as a Bronze Sponsor of the event.
