I have known this young lady from her younger days, in fact I remember her becoming interested in the movie business when she went to Brookswood Secondary School, they had a program called Backstreets and it was all about movies and broadcasting. Chelsea moved to Toronto to pursue her career and now has a long list of movies to her name. Chelsea's films have premiered at the Toronto Film Festival and have been screened on the international festival circuit. her work has been described as "keenly observed, elegant, and profound." Keep your eye on this one, maybe we have another Spielberg on our hands.
