The Rotary Club of Langley Central was honored to present scholarships to remarkable students at RE Mountain Secondary School on Thursday, May 30. Member Brian Lott represented the Club and thanks to the efforts of member Rodney Blackwell, the Ron Butcher Memorial Scholarship was presented in person by Ron's daughter Ronda Stepto pictured above. We wish these recipients all the success they deserve as they take the next step in their journey to meet their potential and dreams. Our Club gives out 15 scholarships annually to students. Future candidates should talk to their school counselors for information.
