Rotaract Installation Night
Dear Rotarians,
On July 7th the Rotaract Clubs of District 5050 (Rotaract Club of the Fraser Valley, Tri-Cities Rotaract, Rotaract Club of Langley, Surrey-Newton Rotaract Club) will be hosting our first joint installation night to welcome in the new executives for the 2017/18 term
On July 7th the Rotaract Clubs of District 5050 (Rotaract Club of the Fraser Valley, Tri-Cities Rotaract, Rotaract Club of Langley, Surrey-Newton Rotaract Club) will be hosting our first joint installation night to welcome in the new executives for the 2017/18 term
The Event will be from 5:30-9:30pm at the Aria Banquet Hall & Convention Centre, 12350 Pattullo Pl, Surrey. Entrance to the event will cost $20.00 for Roaractors and $35.00 for guests.
We would first like to invite you to join us for the event; the theme will be “red carpet, Hollywood,” so make sure to bring your formal attire and your picture-ready smiles! We are building a unified youth movement within Rotary International, and we would love to have the support of Rotarians who are interested in seeing what the youth wing has gotten up to over the past year, and what we plan to accomplish for the coming one.
As we will be catering for around one-hundred participants, the costs for the clubs are substantial. All of our clubs have pooled together our resources to host this event, but we are hoping to further subsidize the cost of the evening with support from Rotary clubs within the district. While anything at all will of course be very useful, we are asking for $100.00 from clubs to help make this event as successful as it can be!
