Over the weekend members of our Club and other Clubs in Langley attended our Rotary District Conference held in Harrison Hot Springs. The event was well attended by District Clubs that extends from Everett, Washington to Coquitlam, BC. A focus was on mental health, youth programs, environmental change and indigenous peoples. Some wonderful guest speakers gave direction to these topics and what our Clubs can do to make a difference. An important part is this event is just to get many Rotarians together and share ideas while having fun. The weekend finished with service projects in the area keeping with the theme of Rotary.
