The speaker today was Ted Leavitt from Langley Youth and Family Services (LYFS) is a contracted service with the City and Township of Langley
with a mandate to work with the police and the community toward minimizing child and youth entry into the criminal justice system. The primary focus is preventive counseling with children and youth and their families where the children and youth are identified by actual or potential conflict with the law.
