Chris & Penny Offer

A little bit of research on our visitors Chris and Penny Offer revealed some interesting facts. Both are past district governors and both are members of the Arch C. Klumph Society. Simply Google Chris Offer and follow the links for some interesting reading.

Penny and Chris paid us a visit at the invitation of Wayne Leach, Wayne had the idea of a question and answer period, a panel discussion if you will. Wayne was the mediator and the panel consisted of Chris, Penny, and our soon to be District Governor Bill Robson. I was a little skeptic at first to how this would play out, but my skepticism was short lived as the panel proved to be a popular idea, and as always, when things go good, we always run out of time.
